Acquired by obtaining [Supreme Gourd](/supreme-gourd) in Chapter 5 by doing [Yuan Shoucheng](/yuan-shoucheng)'s [Quest](/quests). You will need to speak with Yuan Shoucheng in each of the first five chapters. Additionally, you will need to upgrade [Old Gourd](/old-gourd) to [Medicine Buddha Gourd](/medicines/medicine-buddha-gourd) (a 9+ gourd). After talking with Yuan Shoucheng in Chapter 5, you can interact with the fire in the middle of the room to obtain the Supreme Gourd.
