From [Purple Cloud Mountain](/purple-cloud-mountain)'s Valley of Blooms Shrine, cross the bridge and continue following the path on the left. You will reach a big gate/building looking structure, climb up from the left side and you can walk on top of it. Continue following the path making almost a circle and at the end there will be a large wooden chest with the curio inside.
