Two items required by the achievement can be missed: Chapter 4: Venomous Armguard and Chapter 6: Secret Suozi Armor Set from Secret Chest.

How to obtain
Acquired by obtaining/crafting all [Armor](/armors) pieces (Headgear, Chest, Arms & Legs). Some are random drops from enemies, others can be crafted upon defeating certain enemies. You won't be able to craft them all in a single playthrough mainly due to [Bull King Armor Set](/bull-king-armor-set), as it requires six [The Bull King's Iron Horn](/the-bull-king27s-iron-horn) materials and there are only four per playthrough, so a [New Game+](/new-game2b) is required. [Dark Iron Staff](/dark-iron-staff) also requires 2 Iron Horns, so you will need to get to around the end of Chapter 5 before you can craft all.
