Location
From [Temple of Yellow Flowers](/temple-of-yellow-flowers)'s Court of illumination, turn back and go straight past the two [Staff Daoist](/staff-daoist). Continue going forward and follow the path. After going uphill for a while, you will come to a split: going downhill left or right. Go right and at the end, there will be several mushrooms to gather. Try collecting the middle one, and Fungiwoman will come out.
Upon its defeat, Fungiwoman will drop [Monkey-Head Fungus](/monkey-head-fungus) Seed, [Knot of Voidness](/knot-of-voidness), [Cold Iron Leaves](/cold-iron-leaves) and [Silk](/silk) x2. It will also drop its [Spirit](/fungiwoman-spirit).
