From Valley of Ecstasy's Towers of Karma Shrine, turn left and you will see Dual-Blade Monk. Continue past him until the end, and there will be a shrine/tower-like structure. The Jade Essence is on a table next to the structure. This is also where you fight Old Ginseng Guai.
