From the start of Yellow Wind Ridge, go ahead a bit and upon entering the water, you will be attack from uphill by some Rat Archer. Follow the river for a bit and turn right and go uphill to where the Rat Archers were. There you will see a path going uphill to a dead end with some monolith-looking structure. Right in front of it is the Lambbrew.
