From the Webbed Hollow's The Verdure Bridge Shrine, cross the bridge and take the right. Drop down two times and turn left. Go uphill where the tree is and a blue shining Scorpion Prince. Turn right and go uphill. Continue to the right and cross the bridge. After the bridge, there will be a house on the left with cocoons blocking the door. Break them and you can find the drink inside. The is the same area where the first Purple Talisman is.
