This vine resides in Guanyin's Purple Bamboo Grove, drinking sweet dew by day and listening to the sound of tides by night. It can be used for gourd upgrades.

Used to upgrade the gourd at Shen Monkey.
Found
There are a total of 15 Luojia Fragrant Vines in the first playthrough. Once 15 are obtained, recollecting them in New Game+ will automatically convert them to Will. However, if you do miss some in your first playthrough, you will still receive Vines in New Game+ until you have a total of 15 collected.
