Hoarfrost

Idling on in light of day, by night, remorse comes out to play. Transforms into Monk from the Sea, weaving strikes with a blizzard's grace and launching attacks that inflict Frost Bane. 专注 built up before transformation can be converted for use afterwards. Alternate strikes with both tentacles, building 专注 with each hit. Swing back the tentacles to sweep attack, amassing more 专注. With at least 1 专注 Point in transformation, support yourself with the tentacles and create an Ice Sheet when smashing down. Enemies on the Ice Sheet will suffer from Frost Bane. Up to 3 专注 Points can be built. With more 专注 built up, the Ice Sheet will last longer and be broader in range. Initiating Light 攻击s on the Ice Sheet hurls snowballs at the enemy, dealing Frost 伤害. Initiating Heavy 攻击 on the Ice Sheet smashes a giant snowball on the enemy, terminating their 寒冷状态.

Hoarfrost is obtained by defeating Monk from the Sea. From New Thunderclap Temple's Temple Entrance Shrine, turn right and continue forward, then you will have to turn left and go uphill with many Supporter Monk. At the next area, there will be big turtle statue on the left, after the statue turn left and go through the door. On the left you will see a table/tombstone with candles on it. Approach it and Monk from the Sea will come out.
