Visionary Centipede Staff can be crafted after defeating Hundred-Eyed Daoist Master. It is one of two upgraded forms of the Chitin Staff, and can be upgraded to the Leeching Centipede Staff by completing the "Shadow Assembly" challenge in the Gauntlet of Legends.
