How to obtain
Acquired by collecting five of each celestial medicine (total 15) and the Five Skandhas Pill.
There are 15 celestial medicines, one of each type in each of the first five chapters. The celestial medicines are: Celestial Jade Lotus Pill, Celestial Taiyi Pill and Celestial Nonary Pill. If you miss some, more can be collected in New Game+. However once you obtain 5 from a type, the rest found from that type will be converted to Will.
You will also need to complete the Mandrill Chief's Quest to obtain the Five Skandhas Pill. That requires finding the four skandhas and then defeating Giant Shigandang in Chapter 6 to obtain the fifth skandha. Then you will need to give them to Xu Dog to turn them into a medicine.
