Acquired by reaching [Mount Mei](/mount-mei), which is part of the [Erlang](/erlang-the-sacred-divinity)'s questline. You will need to defeat [Elder Jinchi](/elder-jinchi), [Fuban](/fuban), [Green-Capped Martialist](/green-capped-martialist), [The Duskveil](/the-duskveil) and [Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast](/bishui-golden-eyed-beast). Then head to the top mural in the Great Pagoda in [Pagoda Realm](/pagoda-realm), and after the cutscene you will be in Mount Mei.
