Acquired by completing Chen Loong's Questline and reaching Zodiac Village. After defeating Chen Loong in Bitter Lake North Shore, speak with him and he will request a pill from Xu Dog. Speak with Xu Dog to obtain Special-made Bone-Strengthening Pellet and give it to Chen Loong, who will give you Ruyi Scroll and transport you to Zodiac Village.
