Location
From the New Thunderclap Temple's Temple Entrance, proceed forward and go through the building. There will be two staircases with Thunder Rhino Masters on them. Take the left one and once you are at the top, on your right there will be a building you can go through. In the other side, in the center, there will be a small container with the curio. There is an Overseeing Monk in front of it.
