Undying Vine is random drop from Lushleaf. A good farming spot is from Purple Cloud Mountain's Petalfall Hamlet, turn right and continue going until you see a bridge above you with an enemy. On your left there will be a Lushleaf. After that turn back and take the left path. Straight ahead in the bushes, there will be another Lushleaf.
