Usage
The Loong Scales are used to dispel waterfall barriers leading to secret areas of the Four Loongs:
Cyan Loong isn't hidden behind a waterfall, but the Loong Scales are required to wake him up. Yellow Loong requires the other three Loongs to have been defeated first.
Found
From the [Sandgate Village](/sandgate-village)'s Valley of Despair Shrine head into the cave ahead and to where the [First Prince of the Flowing Sands](/first-prince-of-the-flowing-sands) fight was. During his fight you can make him hit the wall to make a crack in it. Alternatively, you can use the [Wandering Wight](/wandering-wight-spirit) to headbutt the wall and break it open or with Azure Dust. After entering you will be in a secret treasure room with a single chest in it. The Loong Scales are inside.
