Usage
Its used to unlock the doors (shortcuts) along with Keeness of Tiger in Sandgate Village's Valley of Despair Shrine (door is behind where Second Prince of Flowing Sands and King of Flowing Sands took place), Crouching Tiger Temple's Temple Entrance (the altar behind Tiger Vanguard), and Yellow Wind Formation's Windrest Hamlet (door is in front of the shrine).
