From [Furnace Valley](/furnace-valley)'s The Emerald Hall Shrine, proceed forward and face the throne. This is where the cutscene with [Keeper of the Flaming Mountains](/keeper-of-the-flaming-mountains), [Rakshasi](/rakshasi) and [Pingping](/pingping) took place. Turn left and a bit to the back, on the other side of the columns, there is a turtle golden container with the soak in it.
It can only be obtained after the fight with [Keeper of the Flaming Mountains](/keeper-of-the-flaming-mountains).
