From [Pagoda Realm](/pagoda-realm)'s Mani Wheel, turn around and go all the way to the back where a [Falcon Fan-Maker](/falcon-fan-maker) comes. Jump down from the edge and continue forward all the way to the back. There you can find a blue shinning Blade Monk. Defeat it to obtain its spirit.
