Description
Frosty Wind: Take the form of Falcon Hermit. Summon a gust of wind that deals Frost Damage multiple times along its path, or freezes enemies in place with repeated hits.
Location
From [Pagoda Realm](/pagoda-realm)'s Warding Temple Shrine, turn around and drop down. In the big area turn right and continue until the end, where you will have to go to right. A blue shining [Falcon Fan-Maker](/falcon-fan-maker) will be right there in the next area. Defeat it to obtain its spirit.
