Falcon Hermit
Description
Frosty Wind: Take the form of Falcon Hermit. Summon a gust of wind that deals Frost Damage multiple times along its path, or freezes enemies in place with repeated hits.
Location
From Pagoda Realm's Warding Temple Shrine, turn around and drop down. In the big area turn right and continue until the end, where you will have to go to right. A blue shining Falcon Fan-Maker will be right there in the next area. Defeat it to obtain its spirit.
