Description
Mighty Release: Take the form of Rat Imperial Guard. Nimbly circle the target, slicing them when they least expect it.
Location
From Yellow Wind Formation's Windrest Bridge Shrine, go across the bridge. Then a bit to the left there is path, and right after that go a bit to the right to continue forward. At the end, three are three Rat Imperial Guard guarding a gate. One of the is shining blue, defeat it to obtain the spirit.
