Mighty Release: Take the form of Rat Imperial Guard. Nimbly circle the target, slicing them when they least expect it.
Location
From [Yellow Wind Formation](/yellow-wind-formation)'s Windrest Bridge Shrine, go across the bridge. Then a bit to the left there is path, and right after that go a bit to the right to continue forward. At the end, three are three [Rat Imperial Guard](/rat-imperial-guard) guarding a gate. One of the is shining blue, defeat it to obtain the spirit.
