Description
Tiger Roar: Take the form of Snake Sheriff. Extend the neck to roar skyward, shaking all nearby yaoguais with powerful voice.
Location
From the Temple of Yellow Flowers's Temple Entrance Shrine, go forward through the staircase. At the top you will pass through a small gate. After that turn slightly right and you will see another gate on the right wall. The area here will have a lot of Worm Practitioners. Continue straight and at the end on the left, there will be a blue shining Snake Sheriff guarding another staircase.
