How to obtain
Acquired after defeating Yellow Loong, the final loong from the Four Loongs Quest. First you will need to collect the Loong Scales, hidden behind a wall in the First Prince of the Flowing Sands arena. Then return to Chapter 1, dispel the waterfall and defeat Red Loong, then dispel the sand waterfall and defeat Black Loong in Chapter 2, then defeat Cyan Loong in Chapter 3. After that Yellow Loong will spawn in Chapter 4 Webbed Hollow's Relief of the Fallen Loong.
