Will-o'-the-Wisps: Take the form of Lantern Holder. Wave the lantern to summon will-o'-the-wisps that chase after the foe.
Location
After defeating The Second Sister in Village of Lanxi, you will have to drop down in a hole. Once you awake and get to a Shrine, return to the area where the Second Sister fight took place and you will find a blue shining Lantern Holder. Defeat it to obtain its spirit.
