Summon the cloud and go straight (towards where [Son of Stones](/stone/son-of-stones) was). Continue past him and when you see an orange/yellow tree, turn left. Then after a bit you can turn right and you will see the Water Curtain Cave. Now continue past the waterfall and a cutscene will start soon with the [Destined One](/destined-one) obtaining the weapon.

In Journey to the West, the Jingubang is Wukong's only weapon. Jingubang, full name is "如意金箍棒" (As You Will Gold-Banded Staff), has a golden hoop at each end, with solid black iron in between. Immediately adjacent to one of the hoops was the inscription, "如意金箍棒，重一万三千五百斤", which means "The Compliant Golden-Hooped Rod. Weight: thirteen thousand five hundred pounds."
