Acquired by obtaining Jingubang (unmissable). During Mount Huaguo, you will need to collect Monkey King's Armor Set by defeating Gold Armored Rhino, Feng-Tail General, Cloudtreading Deer and Emerald-Armed Mantis. Each will award you a piece of the armor set. Then when proceeding into the Water Curtain Cave, a cutscene will start and you will automatically obtain the Jingubang.
